Insurance Certificate: This is a document from an insurer to show you have business insurance. (A free company can be acquired by calling the insurance agent.)
Condominium Questionnaire: A condo questionnaire is a document required by lenders to finance a property designated as a condominium or townhouse that is a part of a homeowner’s association.
Massachusetts 6D Certificate:. The 6D certificate states the balance owed by the unit owner to the condominium association, as of the end of the month in which the closing takes place.
