Through his training, and direct management, and real estate brokerage experience he is a leading expert in Central Massachusetts. Mr. Mayrand has been involved in more than $100 million dollars in real estate transactions.
Homeowner Association Management requires specialized training. Matthew Mayrand has been accepted into CMCA as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and has recently received the (AMS) Association Management Specialist designation.
In 2010, Matt earned the prestigious CCIM designation. This designation is earned by submitting a qualifying portfolio of commercial real estate sale and lease transactions total $10 million. This designation requires extensive coursework in financial analysis of real estate. Matthew Mayrand was honored by Worcester Business Journal as one of 2011 40 Under 40. Susan Mayrand has over 20 years of sales and operational experience for an international power electronics distributor. Susan values building long term relationships; this philosophy has helped her achieve consistent revenue growth year after year. Susan brings her attention to detail to May Property Management, providing guidance to maximize growth through finding efficient and value-oriented solutions.
Susan is a graduate of Framingham State University and continues her career enrichment by taking business continuing educations courses.
Larry has over 40 years’ experience working in the construction trades. Over the years, Larry has gained extensive knowledge of commercial, residential construction, and property maintenance.
Kathleen MacDonald, CMCA
Kathleen has over 20 years’ experience with condominiums, apartment, and commercial property management, Kathleen graduated from UMass Boston and has a degree in English. She has worked with lenders, general contractors, and developers. She has extensive knowledge of property accounting and budget forecasting. She has worked with many owners and Boards of Trustees over the years and communicates well with unit owners and tenants on behalf of Boards and the landlords. Tom brings 30 years of construction trades experience and is a licensed MA Construction Supervisor. Before joining us, Tom oversaw many construction projects for several prominent Worcester commercial and residential real estate developers. Driven to succeed with a hands-on approach, Tom follows best management practices in proactivity: identifying key issues and resolving them before they become major problems.
