Homeowner Association Management requires specialized training. Matthew Mayrand has been accepted into CMCA as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and has recently received the (AMS) Association Management Specialist designation.
In 2010, Matt earned the prestigious CCIM designation. This designation is earned by submitting a qualifying portfolio of commercial real estate sale and lease transactions total $10 million. This designation requires extensive coursework in financial analysis of real estate. Matthew Mayrand was honored by Worcester Business Journal as one of the 2011 40 Under 40.

Susan Mayrand has over 20 years of sales and operational experience for an international power electronics distributor. Susan values building long term relationships; this philosophy has helped her achieve consistent revenue growth year after year. Susan brings her attention to detail to May Property Management, providing guidance to maximize growth through finding efficient and value oriented solutions.
Susan is a graduate of Framingham State University and continues her career enrichment by taking business continuing educations courses.

Cheryl has over 15 years’ experience with condominiums, property, project, and asset management. She has worked with lenders, general contractors, developers and investors buying, renovating and selling investment property. Licensed real estate agent in Florida.
Barb Sharon has over 30 years of vendor management experience in various industries. Barb is skilled at working with third party vendors, building relationships as well as negotiating favorable pricing and payment terms. Barb and her husband own multiple investment properties in the Worcester and Metro West area. Barb has degrees in Economics as well as Purchasing and Materials Management from both Framingham State University and Northeastern University. In addition, she has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Clark University.
Barbara Osgood has over 10 years of Corporate Accounting Supervisor experience. Prior to joining May Property Management, she owned & operated a successful bookkeeping business for more than 8 years. She specializes in small business accounting and bookkeeping, and she is a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor. She graduated from Crown College.
Larry has over 40 years’ experience working in the construction trades. Over the years, Larry has gained extensive knowledge of commercial, residential construction, and property maintenance.
Martin is a retired Sherriff’s Department Officer. Martin has gone through complete boiler repair training and handles property maintenance for the properties we manage.
